Your dispatch email contains the secure Shopify order-status link for the most accurate tracking information available.
How to check your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
- Select the order-status or tracking link.
- If you created an account, you can also review orders from your customer account.
Tracking has not updated yet
The first carrier scan can take a few business days after dispatch. If your order contains products from different fulfilment partners, you may receive more than one tracking number and delivery.
