These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Voltzen. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked on this store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian consumer law.

Products and information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, options and prices. Screen settings, production batches and selected variants can cause reasonable differences in colour, dimensions or included pieces. Please review the selected variant and product details before ordering.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or an inability to verify information. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping charge and tax treatment are shown during checkout. Available payment methods are provided by Shopify and the enabled payment providers. We do not claim that a crossed-out or compare-at price represents a discount unless it is supported by a genuine reference price.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Processing, delivery estimates, split shipments and tracking are described in the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, damaged or incorrect items and refund timing are described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful activity. Store content, branding and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law allows.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, fulfilment and delivery can involve third-party providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms. We remain responsible for our obligations to customers under applicable law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
